Cecilia has participated in Basketball, Drama Club,
Academic Challenge, and Student Council for 4 years. She also played
Volleyball and Soccer, and a member of FCCLA for 2 years. She also
participated on Track for 1 year.
Cecilia has also been named an Illinois State Scholar for the Class
of 2025. She has been on Straight A Honor Roll every semester as
well. She was also named the Student Athlete of the Month in
February.
Outside of school Cecilia is actively involved in the community. She
has done trick or treating for canned goods, helped with the
Chestnut trunk or treat. The Lincoln harvest of talents, the MP draw
down dinner, Christmas on Vinegar Hill, has gone caroling in
Elkhart, worked concessions for various events, helped with the LMH
farmer’s market, Elkhart Christian Church VBS, MPGS music festival,
a Derby raffle, the MP Library Grinchmas, MPHS day of service, has
worked numerous blood drives, has helped tutor students, and worked
FCCLA fundraisers. She has also worked the nursery at the Elkhart
Christian Church.
Cecilia plans to attend college, but is undecided at this time.
