Spring for Tea is a signature event of the Harvest of Talents and
features fine tea tables decorated and hosted by women from Lincoln
and surrounding communities. The Spring for Tea Committee invites
all ladies to enjoy a special time of wonderful food and fellowship
while providing both physical and spiritual food for hungry families
around the world. Guests will enjoy listening to beautiful music
while seated at creatively adorned tables at a fancy, English-style
tea. Entertainment will include a string quartet and a program on
farming stories by historian Anne Moseley. Anne is the Director of
Engagement and Curator of the Sangamon Experience at the University
of Illinois Springfield (UIS).
