On Friday evening, July 3rd, the
Lincoln Park District offered an evening of fun and games for
everyone that climaxed in a spectacular fireworks display. It was
obvious that the park district went all out this year with hundreds
of beautiful explosions filling the night sky.
The evening began with a big bang followed by a very impressive
ground display.
Throughout the evening there were a
number of ground displays leading up to the grand finale.
The high in the sky displays were
also beautiful and colorful and made for a very impressive show.

While the entire evening was fun
and impressive, nothing could compare to the grandiose grand finale’
where it seemed that there were hundreds of fireworks dancing just a
few feet above the ground for more than four minutes.
