Dolan Dalpoas named Memorial Health Chief Community Impact and
Philanthropy Office
[October 11, 2025]
SPRINGFIELD – Longtime Lincoln Memorial Hospital CEO Dolan Dalpoas will
take on the expanded role of senior vice president and chief community
impact and philanthropy officer at Memorial Health effective Oct. 27.
In this role, he will oversee the three Memorial critical access
hospitals – Jacksonville Memorial Hospital, Lincoln Memorial Hospital
and Taylorville Memorial Hospital – as well as the five hospital
foundations of Memorial Health and the organization’s region-wide
community health improvement work.
“Dolan is ideal for this role,” said Memorial Health president and CEO
Mandy Eaton. “Since joining LMH in 1994, he has dedicated his career to
improving the health of the community where he was born and raised, as
well as advocating for rural hospitals. I’m excited for him to bring
that experience and passion to the entire Memorial Health organization.”
Dalpoas has served as LMH president and CEO since 2006 and has been
recognized as one of the top 50 critical access hospital CEOs in the
United States.
He earned a bachelor of science degree from Daemen College in Amherst,
New York, and a master of public health degree from the University of
Illinois at Springfield. He has served on the boards of various
community organizations in Lincoln, including Lincoln College, Lincoln
Rotary, the Lincoln Area YMCA, Springfield YMCA and Lincoln Economic
Advancement & Development.
The search process for a new LMH president and CEO is expected to begin
soon.
