Obituary
Ruth Janelle Brenizer,
75, of Mt. Pulaski, IL, passed away on Tuesday,
February 17, 2026, at her home.
Janelle was born on August 23, 1950, in Springfield,
IL, the daughter of Melvin and Ida (Bozarth) Lynch.
She married Gary R. Brenizer on November 10, 1973,
in Riverton, IL. He preceded her in death on May 14,
2019.
Janelle is survived by her three children, Myla
Brenizer, Jason (Amanda) Brenizer, and Theresa (Tim)
Stoddard; her four grandchildren, Ethan, Nathan,
Emily, and Joseph; her three siblings, Jerry
(Cheryl) Lynch, Gail (Jake) Burge, and Jim Lynch;
and her sister in-law, Rhonda Lynch. |
She is preceded in
death by her parents, husband, brother, Richard
Lynch, and sister in-law, Pat Lynch.
Visitation for Janelle will take place on Friday,
February 27, 2026, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Mt. Pulaski,
IL. A private family service will be held. Memorials
may be made in Janelle’s memory to the American
Cancer Society.
