2026, at Horizon Health in Paris, IL.

Obituary
Joseph Cummings, 79,
of Lincoln, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2026, at
Horizon Health in Paris, IL.
Joseph was born May 31, 1946, in Maywood, CA, the
son of Robert and Agnes (Gleason) Cummings.
Joseph is survived by his children, Robert (Marisa)
Cummings, Steven (Amy) Cummings, and Tammy (Emilio)
Zapata; his sister, Judy Spencer, eleven
grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Joseph proudly served in the United States Marine
Corp. He was a member of the American Legion Post
#2910 of Bloomington. Joseph was a talented
craftsman. |
Funeral services for
Joseph will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, March
14, 2026, at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home.
Visitation will take place one hour prior from 10:00
- 11:00 am. Burial will follow the funeral at Zion
Cemetery in Lincoln, where full military rites will
be accorded by the Lincoln American Legion Post
#263.
