Obituary

It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Marty Anderson, who left us peacefully surrounded by his loved ones on February 24, 2025, after a courageous and long fought battle.
Marty leaves behind a legacy of strength, resilience, and unwavering spirit that touched everyone he encountered. He was born on December 5, 1959, in Lincoln, Illinois; son of Robert L. and Mary (Watson) Anderson.

He is survived by his wife, Pamela (Ritchhart) Anderson of Palm Beach Gardens; son, Ryan (Andrea) Anderson and daughter, Alicia (Bryan) Kalb; grandchildren, Brayden, Cameron and Easton Anderson and Avery and Austin Kalb; brothers, Mike (Jean) Anderson, Mark Anderson; brother in-law, Dale (Connie) Ritchhart; sister in-law, Christy (Erik) Hewitt; stepmother, Doris (Boling) Anderson and several nieces and nephews.

Marty and Pam were married October 2, 1982, in Lincoln. They shared a love you only find once in a lifetime. They moved to Florida in 1984. Marty was a parts manager for over 30 years for one of the largest car dealerships in southeast Florida. Marty always enjoyed working, whether it was on the job, or on projects at home. He never hesitated to lend a helping hand to others, which he frequently did. Marty was an avid sprint car fan, and loved working on his antique cars. Above all else, Marty’s greatest love was his family. He was so proud of his children and their accomplishments. He especially cherished his grandchildren who brought so much joy to his life. His infectious smile, positive attitude and Fabio hair will be deeply missed.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, March 23, 2025 at Aycock-Riverside Funeral Home, 1112 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL. Please arrive by 12:45 pm; the service will begin promptly at 1:00 pm.
