Obituary
Bernard Bleess, 87, of
Lincoln, passed away peacefully on April 25, 2027.
He was born on September 7, 1938, in Mankato,
Minnesota, the son of Louis and Marion (Weyhrauch)
Bleess. He went on to marry Louann Fisher, with whom
he shared 65 beloved years with. She survives.
He is also survived by his sons, Brian Bleess (Helen
Huntley), Brett Bleess (Elise Colette), and Bradley
Bleess; his brothers and sisters, Frances, Barbara,
Duane, Alice, Kevin, Dennis, and Margaret; and his
cherished grandchildren.
Bernard was preceded in death by his parents; his
brothers, Stephen and Robert; and his beloved
daughter-in-law, Sally Bleess. |
Bernard was known for
his passion for maintaining his yard and took great
pride in caring for his home and surroundings. He
will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all
who knew him.
A graveside service will be held at a later date in
Mankato, Minnesota. Cremation rites have been
entrusted to Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in
Lincoln, IL.
