- Charles Robert “Bob” Dunham, 94, of Lincoln, IL, passed away on
Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Mt. Zion Health and Rehab Center.

Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln.
Service:
Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 11 a.m. at the funeral
home.

Obituary
Charles Robert “Bob”
Dunham, 94, of Lincoln, IL, passed away on Saturday,
April 25, 2026, at Mt. Zion Health and Rehab Center.
Bob was born on July 13, 1931, in Lincoln, the son
of Charles and Wilma (Ridgeway) Dunham. He married
Alma Irene Ely on August 14, 1949, in Broadwell, IL.
She preceded him in death.
He is also preceded in death by his parents, sister
Betty Johnson, and one great-grandson.
Bob is survived by his sons, Steve (Rhonda), David
(Vicki), Tim (Lori), and Larry (Debbie) Dunham;
daughter, Christy (Troy Doty) Sheley; sister Linda
Green; nineteen grandchildren; fifty-five
great-grandchildren; fifteen great-great
grandchildren; and numerous angel babies. |
Funeral services for
Bob will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, April 30,
2026, at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in
Lincoln. Visitation will take place one hour prior,
from 10:00 to 11:00 am, also at the funeral home.
Burial will follow the service at Zion Cemetery in
Lincoln. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may
be made in Charles’ name to St. Jude Children’s
Research Hospital.
