Stephanie Louise
Banister, 66, of Atlanta, IL, passed away on Friday,
May 8, 2026, at her home.
Stephanie was born June 30, 1959, in Chicago, IL,
the daughter of James and Marian (Cooley) Ackman.
Stephanie is survived by her sons, Dustin and
Brandon Banister; grandchildren, Timothy Banister,
Dekota (Victoria Fishburn) Banister, McKenzie
Banister, Damian (Faith Hashman) Banister, Kolby
(Avery Kirk) Banister, Leland Banister, Jace
Banister, Braiden White, Alex (Kelsey Goodman)
Daringer, Aidan (Madison Kirk) Crowell, Jaylee
Burrell, and Kylar Burrell; great- grandchildren,
RayLynn Banister, Nevaeh Daringer, Harper Goodman,
Grayson Crowell. |
She was preceded in
death by her parents.
A celebration of
Stephanie’s life will be held at 7:00 pm on Friday,
May 15, 2026, at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral
Home in Lincoln. Visitation will take place two
hours prior from 5:00 - 7:00 pm, also at the funeral
home. Memorials may be made in Stephanie’s name to
her family in ℅ Dekota Banister.
