Lincoln, formerly of Springfield, passed away on
Friday, July 31, 2026, at Lincoln Village Health
Care Center in Lincoln.
No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation
Rites have been accorded.
Jean Rose Blackburn was born on May 3, 1967, in East
St. Louis, Illinois, the daughter of Robert and
Margaret Sue McDonald Fohr.
She is survived by her daughter Brenda (Josh) Himan;
one brother: Robert (Mari) Dobbs; and three
grandchildren: Titus Michael, Chevyanna, and
Veronica Himan.
Memorials may be made to her family.
