Obituary
Paul Christian "PC"
Scheurer, 58, of Lincoln, passed away suddenly
September 23, 2026, at Lincoln Memorial Hospital ER.
Visitation will be from 11 AM until 1 PM Thursday,
October 1, 2026, at Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral
Home. Funeral services will be at 1 PM also at the
funeral home with Pastor Josh Long of Full Gospel
Evangelistic Center officiating. Burial will follow
in Zion Cemetery, Lincoln. Casual dress is
requested.
PC was born November 15, 1967, in Mobile, Alabama,
the son of Henry Scheurer and Sandy (Osborne)
Scheurer. He married Michelle "Shelly" (Moriearty)
on August 13, 2019.
He was a 1986
graduate of Lincoln Community High School where he
played football.
PC worked at
Lincoln Office Supply for more than 20 years
beginning in the warehouse and working his way to
branch manager. He then had various sales positions
until he began working for American Pest Control. PC
loved his customers and grew his clientele over
several years.
He was an avid
Alabama Fan. Roll Tide! He was also a Cowboys and a
Cubs fan. He never missed a sporting event for his
grandkids; he was their number 1 fan.

PC enjoyed hunting, fishing, being in his garage
with all of his toys, and was known to bring the house down with his karaoke.
Above everything, PC loved his family. He will be deeply missed and lovingly
remembered.
Survivors include his father Henry Scheurer, his
wife Shelly Scheurer, his daughter Jacquelyn (Joel) Ritchhart, his son Bryson
Scheurer, stepdaughter Jess (Daniel) Benedict,stepson Nate (Morgan) Brandt,
grandchildren Maddyn and Theo Ritchhart, step grandchildren Adi and Ella
Benedict and Brin Brandt, sister Jamie (Joe) Skelton, sister Angie Daniels
(Jason Boyer), brother Steve (Traci) Scheurer, several nieces and nephews,
cousins and friends and beloved canine companion Bandit and grand dog Sadie.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, his mother, and his beloved dog
Roscoe.
Memorial donations may be made to Carroll Catholic School where his
grandchildren attend and will be accepted at the funeral home.
