- Jerry L. McCain, 73, of Mt. Pulaski, IL., passed away on Thursday,
November 13, 2025, at Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview, IL.

A Celebration of Life for Jerry will be held at a
later date.

Obituary
Jerry L. McCain, 73,
of Mt. Pulaski, IL., passed away on Thursday,
November 13, 2025, at Glenbrook Hospital in
Glenview, IL.
Jerry was born on September 6, 1952, in Decatur,
IL., the son of John and Katherine (Hardy) McCain,
who both precede him in death.
Jerry is survived by his son, Jeremy (Stephanie)
McCain of Mt. Pulaski, IL.; daughter, Katrina (Beau)
Bundy of Camden, TN., six grandchildren, Caleb
Bowen, Gabby Bundy, Isaac Bundy, Grady McCain,
Emmett McCain, and Harper Bundy. He is also survived
by his siblings, Terry (Vicki) McCain of Mt.
Pulaski, IL., Debra (Alan) Voelker of Cornland, IL.,
and Dale (Susan) McCain also of Mt. Pulaski, IL.

Jerry worked for the
City of Mt. Pulaski for many years before
retirement. He loved riding his Harley Davidson and
enjoyed going walleye fishing in his spare time.
Most of all, Jerry loved spending time with his
grandkids.
A Celebration of Life
for Jerry will be held at a later date. Cremation
rites have been entrusted to Fricke-Calver-Schrader
Funeral Home in Mt. Pulaski.
