Balloons are back!

[Lincoln, IL] — Our new balloon
board is excited to announce that the hot air balloon portion of
Balloons Over 66 is officially back on after the prior announcement
of its cancellation on June 1st.
"We know many people were disappointed when it was announced that
the balloon activities would not be taking place," said Austin Hopp,
President of the Balloons Committee. "We're thrilled to share that
we've been able to overcome those challenges, and the balloons are
returning to Balloons Over 66, August 28th - 29th. We can't wait to
welcome everyone for an unforgettable experience."
Guests can once again expect the breathtaking balloon launches that
have become a signature attraction of Balloons Over 66. Organizers
encourage attendees to arrive early for the best viewing
opportunities and to follow the event's social media channels for
the latest updates, as all balloon activities remain weather
dependent.
