Life Center to Launch Red Kettle Campaign with Community Kick-Off

LINCOLN, Ill. – The Salvation
Army Lincoln 360 Life Center is inviting the community to kick off
the annual Red Kettle Bell Ringing Campaign at a special fundraising
event on Thursday, November 5, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. at Faith
Church, 1225 Nicholson Road, Lincoln, Illinois.
The family-friendly evening will feature refreshments, live music, a
silent auction, and more, as community members gather to celebrate
the beginning of the holiday fundraising season and support
neighbors in need throughout Logan County.
Funds raised through the Red Kettle Campaign and Kick-Off Event
directly benefit the many programs and services provided by The
Salvation Army Lincoln 360 Life Center. These vital programs
include:
• Food Pantry assistance
• Rent and utility assistance
• Angel Tree Christmas assistance
• School supplies giveaway programs
• Pathway of Hope services
• Emergency assistance programs
• Additional year-round community support initiatives
"The Red Kettle Campaign is more than a holiday tradition; it is a
lifeline for individuals and families facing difficult
circumstances," said Life Center leadership. "Every donation helps
ensure that local resources remain available to those who need them
most."

Community members,
businesses, churches, and civic organizations are encouraged to
attend the Kick-Off Event and learn how they can support the
bell ringing effort throughout the holiday season. Whether
through volunteering, sponsoring a kettle location, bidding in
the silent auction, or making a donation, every contribution
helps strengthen services that impact local families year-round.
Admission to the event is open to the public. Guests will have
the opportunity to enjoy an evening of fellowship,
