JM Abbott to host free tax prep
session for entrepreneurs in Lincoln

LINCOLN, IL — Lincoln Economic
Advancement & Development, Inc. (LEAD) is partnering with JM Abbott
to help local entrepreneurs minimize tax-time stress with a free
informational session on the recently passed tax bill.
The event will take place on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, from 4:30 to
6:00 p.m. at Arcadia Care, 1507 7th Street, Lincoln, IL.
With new tax legislation in effect, many business owners are
uncertain about how the changes may impact their returns. This
interactive session will provide an overview of the new tax bill,
address pressing questions, and equip entrepreneurs with the
knowledge needed to prepare well in advance of April.
“This session is about giving small business owners the clarity and
confidence they need to navigate new tax laws,” said Andrea Runge,
Chief Executive Officer of LEAD. “By connecting them with experts
like JM Abbott, we’re helping our business community save time,
reduce stress, and focus on growth.”
The event is free to attend and open to all entrepreneurs and small
business owners.
