Seeking a full-time employee who is a team player, organized,
and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize
responsibilities and meet deadlines. In our office, you will be
responsible for a variety of responsibilities in support of
union carpenters in the Central Illinois area. Duties include
answering and routing phone calls, overseeing incoming and
outgoing mail, scanning documentation, managing office supplies
and confidential shredding and recycling programs. You will
interact frequently with delivery personnel and union members.
You should have good communication skills
both verbally and written and possess excellent computer skills
including Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and
Excel.

The Central Illinois Carpenters Health and Welfare Trust Fund
Office is in Lincoln, Illinois. Office hours are 8:00 am to 4:30
pm Monday – Friday. Our compensation package includes great
