On Tuesday, April 30th Lincoln Memorial Hospital joined the Memorial Health Care network in observing Organ Donor Day with a flag raising ceremony at the front entrance of the hospital.

Hospital staff and administration were joined by Gift of Hope Organ and Tissue Donation Network representative Terri Cagle and Judy Foster whose family has been impacted by organ donation not only on the recipient side but also on the donor side.

Lincoln Christian University hosted its final graduate commencement service on Saturday, May 4th. The day was a day to celebrate achievement but also legacy as students filed into and out of the former Earl C. Hargrove Chapel for the final time in history.

On Saturday morning, a large crowd came together to celebrate the official grand opening of Allison Park in the Mayfair Addition in Lincoln.

The park is an inclusive park featuring playground equipment safe for children and adults with physical, intellectual and emotional challenges.
